Tuna-Stuffed Avocados
Quick summer lunch!
Finely chop the celery stalk and chives. Mix all ingredients except the avocados together well, check the taste. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and fill the cavities with the tuna mixture. The recipe serves two.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 tbsp kimchi sauerkraut
- ½ dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chives
- 2 tbsp Puhdas+ Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- Salt
- Pepper
