How is kombucha made?

Kombucha is made from sweetened tea that is fermented with a culture of bacteria and yeasts. Fermentation gives the drink its characteristic tangy taste and light fizz. The result is less sweet than lemonade and more refreshing than tea.

Flavours

Choose from ginger, wild blueberry, apple-lime and cherry. If you'd like to try them all or stock up for the office, there's also the Mixpack 72 × 330 ml.

When to drink it?

Kombucha makes a great alternative to soft drinks with lunch, after a workout or as an alcohol-free option with dinner. Serve chilled.
