Terms of sale

The owner of the online store www.puhdasplus.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is NordenBio OÜ (Registry code: 14080126), located at: Narva mnt 7, Tallinn, Harju County 10117, Estonia.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product. The price is subject to an additional delivery fee.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method chosen. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer at checkout.

Information about products is provided in the Online Store next to each product.

The currency is the Euro and bank links are provided by Maksekeskus AS.

Product labels are in Finnish and the products are manufactured in Finland.

Placing an order

To order products, add the desired items to your shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount payable is then displayed on the screen and can be paid via a bank link or another payment method.

The contract enters into force when the amount payable has been credited to the Online Store’s bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days after the notice has been sent.

Delivery

Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the relevant pricing information is displayed alongside each delivery method.

Within Estonia, deliveries generally arrive at the buyer’s chosen destination within 3–7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 30 calendar days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

We want you to be truly happy with your Puhdas+ products. If for some reason you are not — don’t worry, we’re here to help. Here’s a simple guide for sorting things out.

14 days to think it over

We give you 14 days from receiving your parcel to take a closer look at the products. If you change your mind and the product is unopened, we’ll happily take it back — no need to explain why.

The right of withdrawal applies to private individuals. Legal entities do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal.

What can we accept back?

We can accept:

  • Unopened products in their original packaging and seal
  • Products received within the past 14 days

Unfortunately, we can’t accept products that have already been opened — for hygiene and safety reasons, we are not allowed to resell opened food supplements, even if they are practically untouched. We hope you understand.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, that’s not a regular return — see the FAQ section below for what to do.

How to return — 4 steps

1. Write to us

Send an email to sales@puhdasplus.ee and tell us a bit:

  • Your order number (e.g. #4044)
  • Which product you want to return
  • A brief reason — not required, but helps us improve
  • Your bank account number (IBAN) for the refund

We’ll reply within 1–2 working days and agree on the next steps.

2. Send the parcel back

You can send the parcel back using the same courier service it arrived with — Omniva, Itella, DPD, Venipak or another. That’s the simplest way.

A small request: please include a note in the parcel with your order number (#XXXX) or name — this helps us match the parcel to your order quickly.

About shipping costs: if you’re returning the product because you changed your mind or it didn’t suit you, the return shipping cost is yours to cover. But if we made a mistake — the product arrived defective or we sent the wrong item — we’ll cover the return entirely.

3. Let us know

Once the parcel is on its way, just send us the return receipt or tracking number. That way we can keep an eye out for it.

4. Get your refund

Once the parcel reaches us and we’ve checked the unopened product (usually 3–5 working days), we’ll refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the order. We’ll also send you an email confirmation when the transfer has been made.

How long does it all take?

  • We reply to your email: 1–2 working days
  • Parcel arrives and is checked: 3–5 working days
  • Refund reaches your account: 1–3 working days

In total, approximately 5–10 working days from sending the parcel to the refund reaching your account.

Frequently asked questions

I didn’t like the taste — can I return it?
We completely understand — taste is very personal and hard to know in advance. If the product is unopened, we’ll always gladly take it back. We can’t accept opened food supplements, but if you write to us, we’ll help you find a better-suited product next time.

The product was defective or damaged
Send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt to sales@puhdasplus.ee. We’ll replace the product free of charge or refund the money — no need to send the parcel back yourself.

I received the wrong product
Our apologies! Write to us and we’ll send the correct product free of charge. We’ll also handle the return of the incorrect item.

Can I return only part of an order?
Of course. You can return only some of the products — in that case we’ll refund only the price of the returned items.

The parcel didn’t arrive
Let us know — we’ll contact the courier service and help locate the parcel.

Will I get the shipping fee back too?
If you return the entire order, we’ll also refund the original shipping cost. If you only return some items, we’ll refund only the price of those items (the shipping fee is not refunded).

Legal terms

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days. Depending on the products, the buyer may not have a right of withdrawal — such products and services must in that case be listed and must meet the conditions specified in § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered product must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, in the same way as would be permitted in a physical store.

If the product has been used for any purpose other than verifying the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund proportionally to the decrease in the value of the product.

To return a product, a withdrawal application must be submitted by email to sales@puhdasplus.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. the wrong or a defective item).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed over the product to the carrier within that period.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the Online Store will refund all amounts received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application.

The Online Store may withhold refunds until it has received the item subject to the contract or until the buyer has provided proof of having returned the item, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund costs exceeding those of the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product if the price of the product in the Online Store has been incorrectly set significantly below the market price.

Right to lodge a complaint

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the product sold to the buyer that existed at the time of handover and becomes apparent within two years of the handover of the product to the buyer. During the first six months after handover, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of handover. The burden of refuting this presumption lies with the Online Store.

If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to sales@puhdasplus.ee or by calling +372 5668 8887.

The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the product was handed over to the buyer.

If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all amounts paid under the sales contract.

The Online Store responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, email address, banking details) only for processing the order and shipping the goods to the buyer.

The Online Store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing notifications.

The buyer can opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us by email or following the instructions provided in the offer email.

NordenBio OÜ is the controller of personal data. NordenBio OÜ transmits the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

Resolving disputes

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent by email to sales@puhdasplus.ee or by calling +372 5668 8887.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural rules and application form are available here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the competence to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint at the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
