Where do Puhdas+ products come from?
Puhdas+ is a Finnish brand, and puhdasplus.ee is its official online store in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The seller is NordenBio OÜ.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship to every country in the European Union. Orders to the Baltics, Finland, Sweden and Denmark go to a parcel machine; the rest of Europe is served by GLS parcel shops or courier. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout based on your location and the method you choose.
How fast will my order arrive?
Deliveries within Estonia usually arrive within 2–5 working days. Our delivery partners are SmartPosti, Omniva, Venipak, Unisend and DPD, and we email you a tracking code when the parcel is dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Yes — parcel machine delivery is free on orders of 50 € or more to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. For smaller orders and other destinations the fee is shown at checkout before payment.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by bank link, card, or with pay-later and financing options. All payment methods run through Montonio.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return an unopened product in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal applies to private individuals. Write to sales@puhdasplus.ee.
