Avocado-Chocolate Mousse
Creamy chocolate mousse with avocado!
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado out of the skin with a spoon. Next, you’ll need a food processor with an S-blade or a truly powerful blender.
Put the ingredients in the machine and process until smooth. Mix in fresh mint or chili.
Set the coconut cream in the refrigerator and whisk with a whisk until it resembles whipped cream. Spoon the mousse into glasses and add coconut foam on top. Garnish with berries and mint leaves.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 tbsp raw cocoa
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Puhdas+ Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Stevia for flavoring
- Fresh mint or chili
