Pesto
Tasty wellness from pesto!
Gather all ingredients in a bowl and process with a sauce maker into uniform mixture. If needed, add oil if pesto is too thick for your taste. Mix pesto into pasta, spread on fresh bread or invite friends over and enjoy together with antipasti.
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of basil
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 2 peeled garlic cloves cut into several pieces
- 1.5 dl quality extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g Puhdas+ Nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Sea salt
