Matcha-Banana Pancakes
Healthy and delicious breakfast!
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and cook in coconut oil over medium heat. Serve for example with coconut yogurt, berries and maple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 dl almond milk
- 3 ½ dl rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Puhdas+ Matcha powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- Coconut oil for cooking
