Superfood cookies
Wellness with a treat!
Mix flaxseed flour and water together and let thicken for 10 minutes. Mix dry ingredients together. Cut chocolate into pieces and add.
Melt coconut oil and mix almond butter in. Mix flaxseed water in and add to dry ingredients. Mix into uniform mass. Form balls with hands and press onto baking paper.
Bake at 175 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 dl oat flakes
- 2 dl coconut flakes
- 1 dl almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dl Puhdas+ Oat Fiber
- 2 tbsp raw cocoa
- ½ tsp salt
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 4 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp almond butter
