Avocado chocolate mousse
Creamy chocolate mousse with avocado!
Peel avocado and remove seed. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Mix in fresh mint or chili. Whip chilled coconut cream to a whipped cream consistency. Spoon mousse into glasses and top with coconut whip. Garnish with berries and mint.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 tbsp raw cacao
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Puhdas+ Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Stevia to taste
- Fresh mint or chili
