Matcha banana pancakes
Healthy and delicious breakfast!
Blend all ingredients until smooth and cook in coconut oil over medium heat. Serve with coconut yogurt, berries, and maple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl almond milk
- 3½ dl oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Puhdas+ Matcha powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- Coconut oil for cooking
