The coniferous drink has been used for centuries — tasty tea was made from conifer bark as early as the 1500s. The Puhdas+ coniferous extract drink is made from Finnish pines in South Savo, amid pure forests and beside bright bodies of water.

Directions for use
How?
Recommended amount for adults is 1–2 dl per day. A serving (1–2 dl) contains 25–50 mg of proanthocyanidins.

The dose can be taken at any time of day, mixed with water, juice or a smoothie. Regular daily use gives a more even result than occasional use.
