Directions for use

How?

Recommended amount for adults is 1–2 dl per day. A serving (1–2 dl) contains 25–50 mg of proanthocyanidins.

Can be enjoyed cold or warmed. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.

When?

The dose can be taken at any time of day, mixed with water, juice or a smoothie. Regular daily use gives a more even result than occasional use.
