Mini salmon egg cups
Tasty mini salmon egg cups!
Grease six muffin tin cups with coconut oil. Dice pepper, cold-smoked salmon, and spinach, distribute into cups. Beat eggs and mix in nutritional yeast flakes and seasonings. Pour into cups and sprinkle feta on top. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 pepper
- 75 g cold-smoked salmon
- 1 dl spinach
- 2 tbsp feta
- 1 tbsp Puhdas+ Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 1 tsp salt, pepper
- Puhdas+ Coconut Oil for greasing
