Green smoothie
Tasty green smoothie with oat fiber!
This delicious green smoothie includes a generous portion of gluten-free oat fiber. Peel avocado, apple, and mango. Blend all ingredients. Serve with coconut flakes and flaxseeds.
Ingredients:
- Kale
- 1 avocado
- 1 apple
- Mango
- 2 dl Turkish yogurt
- 1 tbsp Puhdas+ KETO Fiber powder
