Biotin, zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Zinc and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal hair pigmentation.

Nutritional content (1–2 capsules):

Peptan® collagen: 200-400 mg,
L-methionine: 40–80 mg,
Zinc: 10–20 mg (100–200% NRV),
Selenium: 55–110 µg (100–200% NRV),
Copper: 1–2 mg (100–200% NRV),
L-cysteine: 3–6 mg,
Biotin: 500–1000 µg (1000–2000% NRV)

Dosage: Take 1–2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Ingredients:
Hydrolyzed bovine collagen (Peptan®), vegetable capsule (thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelling agent: gellan gum), bulking agent (anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose), L-methionine, zinc citrate, L-selenomethionine, copper gluconate, L-cysteine, D-biotin.

Directions for Use:
Take 1–2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed the daily dose.
