Puhdas+ Magtein® is a patented magnesium preparation that contains magnesium L-threonate. Magnesium is an important mineral for the body that participates in many basic body functions. Directions for use

5 capsules daily. Recommended to be taken with food. The daily dose of 5 capsules can be divided into several portions if needed. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
