Peptan® collagen: 200–400 mg,
L-methionine: 40–80 mg,
Zinc: 10–20 mg (100–200% NRV),
Selenium: 55–110 µg (100–200% NRV),
Copper: 1–2 mg (100–200% NRV),
L-cysteine: 3–6 mg,
Biotin: 500–1000 µg (1000–2000% NRV)

NRV – daily reference intake for an adult.

Instructions for use:
Take 1–2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed the daily dose.
