Superfood cookies
Wellness through treats!
Mix flaxseed meal and water, let thicken 10 min. Mix dry ingredients. Chop chocolate and add. Melt coconut oil, mix in almond butter. Add flaxseed water to dry ingredients. Form balls, press onto baking sheet. Bake at 175°C for 8-12 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 dl oats
- 2 dl coconut flakes
- 1 dl almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dl Puhdas+ Oat Fiber
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- ½ tsp salt
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal + 4 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp almond butter
