Avocado seed crackers
Bake a healthy seed cracker yourself!
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add water and oil and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175°C for about 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Ingredients:
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 0.5 dl flaxseeds
- 0.5 dl chia seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dl water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Puhdas+ superfood powder (optional)
Serving:
Serve with ripe avocado, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of sea salt. A perfect healthy snack!
