Puhdas+ Collagen Smoothie
In March we celebrate women and decided to dedicate the entire month to women! On International Women’s Day, we share a wonderful collagen smoothie recipe.
Collagen smoothie recipe
Blend until smooth:
- 2 dl almond milk
- 1 banana
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp Puhdas+ Collagen Powder
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Collagen is a protein that makes up a large part of our skin, hair and nails. Starting from around age 25, the body’s collagen production begins to decline. This smoothie is a delicious way to support beauty from within!
