Puhdas+ Sport Collagen is a dietary supplement powder consisting of three effective ingredients that support the body’s natural structure and endurance during an active lifestyle. Hydrolyzed collagen (Peptan®), vitamin C and OptiMSM® (methylsulfonylmethane) form a powerful combination that helps keep joints mobile, skin supple and supports muscle recovery and overall well-being.

Collagen is an important structural protein of connective tissue and skin, the production of which in the body decreases with age.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for the normal function of skin, cartilage and bones.
OptiMSM® is a natural sulfur compound that helps keep the body flexible and resilient.

The product is suitable for active people and athletes who want to support the normal functioning of joints, skin, and muscles.

Ingredients:

    • hydrolyzed bovine collagen (Peptan®)

    • stabilizer: methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®)

    • L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

The recommended daily intake (1–2 tablespoons) contains:

  • Hydrolyzed bovine collagen: 5–10 g
  • Vitamin C: 200–400 mg (250–500% NRV)

User manual
