Refreshing matcha ice cream
A refreshing summer ice cream treat!
Put coconut cream, xylitol, lime juice, cashew butter and mint in a blender and blend smooth. Add Puhdas+ Matcha tea powder and blend again. Add lime zest and a pinch of salt.
Pour into an ice cream machine and follow instructions. Alternatively, freeze in a container, stirring every 30 minutes for a smooth texture.
Ingredients:
- 4 dl coconut cream
- 3 tbsp xylitol
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- Fresh mint
- 1–2 tsp Puhdas+ Matcha
- Lime zest, pinch of salt
Also try adding matcha to a smoothie for a quick refreshing drink!
