Matcha ice cream
A light, refreshing and antioxidant-rich matcha ice cream is easy to make with an ice cream machine, and matcha also makes a wonderfully refreshing smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 4 dl coconut cream
- 3 tbsp xylitol (or sweetener to taste)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- A handful of fresh mint
- 1–2 tsp Puhdas+ Matcha tea powder
- Lime zest
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Put coconut cream, xylitol, lime juice, cashew butter and mint in a blender. Add matcha powder and blend smooth. Add lime zest and salt. Pour into the ice cream machine and follow instructions, or freeze in a container, stirring every 30 minutes.
