Most vitamin D3 supplements are produced from sheep fat (lanolin). If you want a 100% plant-based alternative, vitamin D3 from lichen is the best choice. Chemically it is identical — cholecalciferol, which absorbs in the body in exactly the same way.
In the Estonian climate, where there is little sunlight from October to April, the body cannot produce enough vitamin D on its own. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and normal muscle function.
GMO-free, does not contain lactose, gluten, soy, sugar or artificial additives. For daily preventive use a milder 50 µg dose is also available. Combines well with vitamin K2. Made in Finland.

Take 1 capsule per day with food. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Package contains 60 capsules.
Yes. The chemical structure is identical — both are cholecalciferol and absorb in the body in the same way. The only difference is the source.
From lichen (algae) — one of the few natural plant-based sources of vitamin D3.
The European Food Safety Authority considers up to 100 µg of vitamin D per day safe for adults. For individual needs consult a doctor. A 50 µg variant is also available as a milder dose.
