Validity of the sales contract, product and price information<\/strong><\/p>\n These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from the Online Store.<\/p>\n The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product. The price is subject to an additional delivery fee.<\/p>\n The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method chosen. Reg. no.: 2521920-1<\/p>\n Placing an order<\/strong><\/p>\n To order products, add the desired items to your shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount payable is then displayed on the screen and can be paid via a bank link or another payment method.<\/p>\n The contract enters into force when the amount payable has been credited to the Online Store’s bank account.<\/p>\n If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days after the notice has been sent.<\/p>\n Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.<\/p>\n The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the relevant pricing information is displayed alongside each delivery method.<\/p>\n Within Estonia, deliveries generally arrive at the buyer’s chosen destination within 3\u20137 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 30 calendar days. If for some reason you are not \u2014 don’t worry, we’re here to help. Here’s a simple guide for sorting things out.<\/p>\n 14 days to think it over<\/strong><\/p>\n We give you 14 days<\/strong> from receiving your parcel to take a closer look at the products. If you change your mind and the product is unopened<\/strong>, we’ll happily take it back \u2014 no need to explain why.<\/p>\n The right of withdrawal applies to private individuals. Legal entities do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n What can we accept back?<\/strong><\/p>\n We can accept:<\/p>\n Unfortunately, we can’t accept products that have already been opened \u2014 for hygiene and safety reasons, we are not allowed to resell opened food supplements, even if they are practically untouched. Write to us<\/strong><\/p>\n Send an email to sales@puhdasplus.ee<\/strong> and tell us a bit:<\/p>\n We’ll reply within 1\u20132 working days<\/strong> and agree on the next steps.<\/p>\n 2. Send the parcel back<\/strong><\/p>\n You can send the parcel back using the same courier service it arrived with \u2014 Omniva, Itella, DPD, Venipak or another. That’s the simplest way.<\/p>\n The shipping address is: A small request: please include a note in the parcel with your order number (#XXXX) or name \u2014 this helps us match the parcel to your order quickly.<\/p>\n About shipping costs:<\/strong> if you’re returning the product because you changed your mind or it didn’t suit you, the return shipping cost is yours to cover. But if we made a mistake \u2014 the product arrived defective or we sent the wrong item \u2014 we’ll cover the return entirely.<\/p>\n 3. Let us know<\/strong><\/p>\n Once the parcel is on its way, just send us the return receipt or tracking number. That way we can keep an eye out for it.<\/p>\n 4. Get your refund<\/strong><\/p>\n Once the parcel reaches us and we’ve checked the unopened product (usually 3\u20135 working days<\/strong>), we’ll refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the order. We’ll also send you an email confirmation when the transfer has been made.<\/p>\n How long does it all take?<\/strong><\/p>\n In total, approximately 5\u201310 working days<\/strong> from sending the parcel to the refund reaching your account.<\/p>\n Frequently asked questions<\/strong><\/p>\n I didn’t like the taste \u2014 can I return it?<\/strong> The product was defective or damaged<\/strong> I received the wrong product<\/strong> Can I return only part of an order?<\/strong> The parcel didn’t arrive<\/strong> Will I get the shipping fee back too?<\/strong> Legal terms<\/strong><\/p>\n After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days. Depending on the products, the buyer may not have a right of withdrawal \u2014 such products and services must in that case be listed and must meet the conditions specified in \u00a7 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.<\/p>\n The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/p>\n To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered product must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, in the same way as would be permitted in a physical store.<\/p>\n If the product has been used for any purpose other than verifying the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund proportionally to the decrease in the value of the product.<\/p>\n To return a product, a withdrawal application must be submitted by email to sales@puhdasplus.ee<\/strong> no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.<\/p>\n The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. the wrong or a defective item).<\/p>\n The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed over the product to the carrier within that period.<\/p>\n Upon receipt of the returned product, the Online Store will refund all amounts received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application.<\/p>\n The Online Store may withhold refunds until it has received the item subject to the contract or until the buyer has provided proof of having returned the item, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund costs exceeding those of the standard delivery method.<\/p>\n The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product if the price of the product in the Online Store has been incorrectly set significantly below the market price.<\/p>\n Right to lodge a complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the product sold to the buyer that existed at the time of handover and becomes apparent within two years of the handover of the product to the buyer. During the first six months after handover, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of handover. The burden of refuting this presumption lies with the Online Store.<\/p>\n If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to sales@puhdasplus.ee<\/strong> or by calling +372 5668 8887.<\/p>\n The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the product was handed over to the buyer.<\/p>\n If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all amounts paid under the sales contract.<\/p>\n The Online Store responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.<\/p>\n Direct marketing and processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, email address, banking details) only for processing the order and shipping the goods to the buyer.<\/p>\n The Online Store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering the goods.<\/p>\n The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing notifications.<\/p>\n The buyer can opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us by email or following the instructions provided in the offer email.<\/p>\n NordenBio O\u00dc is the controller of personal data. NordenBio O\u00dc transmits the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n Resolving disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent by email to sales@puhdasplus.ee<\/strong> or by calling +372 5668 8887.<\/p>\n If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the competence to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
