Puhdas+ Super Uni is a versatile evening food supplement combining well-absorbed magnesium glycinate, melatonin, glycine and traditionally used valerian and passionflower extracts.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep*. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.

*The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

Magnesium glycinate, capsule (pullulan), glycine, valerian extract, passionflower extract, bulking agent (coconut flour), melatonin.
