Puhdas+ Magtein® Magnesium L-Threonate is a patented magnesium preparation containing magnesium L-threonate.

Directions for use

How?

Daily dose: 5 capsules per day. Recommended to take with food. If needed, the daily dose of 5 capsules may be divided into several portions. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
